Biography

Mike joined the firm in 2021 as a shareholder. Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked as in-house litigation counsel for two Fortune 500 insurance companies. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation in state and federal court.

Mike has represented individuals and corporations in matters from simple personal injury to complex traumatic brain injury cases, products liability, and commercial contractual disputes. He has also represented engineers and architects in complex construction cases and handled a substantial number of subrogation claims. He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in various venues across the State.

Mike received his law degree from Marquette University. During Law School he was involved I the moot court program, representing Marquette in the Mardi Gras Moto Court Invitational, hosted by Tulane University. He also worked as a clerk for Presiding Judge Wedemeyer in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals District I and served at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.

When he is not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading, supporting Wisconsin sports teams, playing needlessly complicated board games with friends, and enjoying outdoor activities.
