Julie manages all aspects of trial preparation and defense strategy for litigation clients in both state and federal court with an emphasis on complex business litigation, insurance defense, product liability, and municipal law. Julie also has extensive experience successfully briefing dispositive legal issues for her clients, as well as handling both jury and bench trials. Julie currently practices in the areas of civil litigation; product liability; insurance defense; insurance coverage; personal injury defense; and professional liability.
Prior to joining Crivello Carlson, S.C., Julie spent the majority of her career handling various litigation matters in courts around the country including consumer class actions, products liability, construction defect, pharmaceutical, ERISA, wage and hour, and FELA matters. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Lynn Adelman, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and was an associate editor for the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review, as well as a member of the Dean’s List and Pro Bono Honor Society.
