Henry E. Koltz

Biography

Henry is a Shareholder at Crivello Carlson, who joined the firm through a merger in September of 2022. 

He has over 20 years of experience defending contractors, motorists, and insurance companies across Wisconsin.  He has handled numerous jury trials, appeals, and argued at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, at Wisconsin’s Federal Courts, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC.  He has served as an arbitrator and mediator. 

Community Service Activities 

Henry is an avid trout fisherman, and has served as President of Southeast Wisconsin Chapter of Trout Unlimited (when it won the national “Chapter of the Year Award”), as the Chair of the Wisconsin Council of Trout Unlimited (passing Wisconsin Trout Unlimited’s fundraiser license plate bill), and recently ended his time on the Trout Unlimited national Board of Directors (where he served as the head of the Risk Management Committee).  He has lobbied at the Wisconsin State Capital, and in Washington DC.

Henry has been involved in authoring grants and running projects resulting in more than $5,000,000 of cold water stream restoration projects across Wisconsin. 

He served two terms as a panel member for the national Embrace-A-Stream grant project, which provides grant funding for cold water restoration projects across the United States. 

He has served as a youth girls basketball and softball coach at multiple age levels.
