Benjamin A. Sparks joined Crivello Carlson, S.C. as an associate in 2014, and works as a litigator in federal, state, and administrative forums. Ben joined the firm after working as an associate attorney representing lenders' rights in state and bankruptcy courts, as well as mediations. Ben focuses his practice on representing state and local governments in civil rights cases and manufacturers in products liability cases. He has obtained favorable dispositions for clients both at the pre-trial stage and on appeal.
While in law school, Ben served as an Articles Editor on the executive board of the Marquette Law Review. He also received a CALI Award for Academic Excellence. Ben’s internships ranged from working in-house at a health insurance company, to clerking at a commercial litigation firm, to interning for a federal judge. Prior to law school, Ben interned in the corporate public affairs department of a Fortune 100 heavy equipment manufacturer.
