Summary Judgment in Minnesota Products Liability Suit

Attorney Bill Keeler recently prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in a products liability case venued in Minnesota’s Ramsey County District Court. The plaintiff made claims involving allegations of negligence, breach of warranty, and strict liability. The plaintiff asserted he developed mesothelioma as a result of his exposure to asbestos-containing materials manufactured, sold, supplied, or installed by various defendants at various facilities over the course of his career. Attorney Keeler argued that the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient evidence of exposure to our client’s alleged asbestos-containing materials, and the court agreed, ruling there was insufficient evidence to raise material facts required to overcome the motion, dismissing all claims against our client, with prejudice.
