Jeff Nichols and Rich Orton recently prevailed in a trial in Sonoma County, California. Plaintiff lost an arm and a leg as a result of a rough terrain fork lift tipping over. Plaintiff asked the jury to award $26 Million as a result of the injuries. After deliberating three days, the jury returned a verdict on behalf of Jeff and Rich’s client, finding no negligence and no product defect.
