Attorney Sam Hall and Attorney Tim Johnson recently received a favorable decision from the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in a Fourth Amendment case challenging an officer’s use of deadly force while attempting to effectuate a search warrant in a home. Previously, summary judgment was granted in favor of the officers and sheriff’s department. On appeal, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the district court decision.
