Timothy M. Johnson

Biography

Tim is an equity shareholder with Crivello, Nichols & Hall and manages the firm’s Eau Claire office. He advises and represents commercial, governmental, and tribal entities on avoiding risk and how to respond throughout the life of a risk. Tim has tried cases in state and federal courts involving contractual, business tort, municipal, tribal, bodily injury, constitutional, and insurance issues. While striving to understand each client’s goal for resolution to a particular risk, Tim’s trial experience allows him to prepare a matter for trial from the beginning, which enables clients to make informed decisions at each step of the litigation process so that early resolutions can be accomplished when possible and, when necessary, matters can be pushed to an ultimate verdict. Tim’s counsel routinely involves investigation, assessment, and triage of emergent or catastrophic circumstances which require immediate action or threaten his clients’ day-to-day business.

Outside of the office and courtroom, Tim’s devotes his time to family, sports, and assisting his communities in fighting hunger and homelessness.
