Eric S. Darling

Biography

Eric S. Darling is a shareholder with Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C., practicing out of both its downtown and Mayfair Road locations in Milwaukee. He has over 40 years of experience in private practice and has successfully taken innumerable cases to jury trial over that span of time. He also has extensive experience pursuing substantive legal issues and insurance coverage issues by way of motion practice at the trial level, as well as appeals to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Eric grew up in Iowa and attended the University of Iowa, both as an undergrad and for law school, but has lived and worked in the Milwaukee area since 1982.
