Amanda K. Favret

Biography

Amanda is a paralegal in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin office of Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. Amanda's primary areas of practice are estate planning, probates, and trust administration. She also assists with business formations, business succession planning, non-profit matters, guardianships, and litigation cases.

Amanda provides support through all phases of the development of an estate plan, from the initial meeting with clients and the attorney to determine goals and strategies, to drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and deeds; reviewing documents; analyzing assets through the estate plan lens; and transferring real estate.

Amanda serves in a similar role in administrations of estates—drafting court documents, reviewing assets and creating inventories and accounts, and assisting clients with small estate matters such as financial claims processes, transfers by affidavit, and summary procedures or special administrations.
