Biography
Abbey Gass is a paralegal with Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. Her principle areas of practice are mass tort litigation and subrogation. Abbey has over ten years of experience in coordinating all aspects of the litigation process in a wide range of practice areas, including medical malpractice, trusts and estates, collections, commercial litigation, family law, criminal law, and personal injury.
Abbey streamlines operations in the Peoria, Illinois office by performing fact and medical investigation, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery responses, maintaining case databases, and managing expert witness discovery. Additionally, Abbey assists in the handling of the Peoria office’s large-scale subrogation practice by communicating with clients and opposing parties, managing hearing and trial dockets, as well as preparing pleadings and other documents integral to every stage of litigation from inception through resolution.
