Favorable Decision
04/18/2012 - Sam Hall and Tim Johnson recently received a favorable decision from the Wisconsin Court of Appeals related to governmental immunity. The case involves the application of governmental immunity in the context of a county's traffic control within a construction zone. The Court of Appeals held that immunity was appropriate and affirmed the circuit court's dismissal of the case at the summary judgment stage.
