Temporary Injunction
04/18/2012 - Sam Hall and Eric Andrews were recently successful in obtaining a temporary injunction barring the State of Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction from enforcing an order pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 118.134, which called for the Berlin Area School District to change the nickname and logo of Berlin High School. Sam and Eric represent a group of local taxpayers who have filed suit challenging the constitutionality of Wisconsin's law related to the use of "Indians" nicknames and logos.
