Motion for Summary Judgment
09/20/2011 - Ryan Braithwaite's motion for summary judgment was granted, dismissing all 3 claims against the City of Delafield, in a lawsuit involving the removal of the Nemahbin Roller Mill Dam on the Bark River between Lake Nagawicka and Upper Nemahbin Lake. This dispute has been pending in various forums for several years and has been the subject of several newspaper articles in the Waukesha Freeman/Waukesha section of JSonline. The Plaintiffs sought damages of several million dollars, against the City and our co-defendant, the dam-owner. Two of the three claims against the dam owner were allowed to proceed.
