Favorable Summary Judgment Decision
03/03/2011 - Sam Hall recently received a favorable summary judgment decision on behalf of a municipality. A developer brought the lawsuit alleging numerous allegations of breach of contract related to the municipality's development of riverfront property. The Plaintiff's last settlement demand was for over $7 million. With the summary judgment decision, all claims against the municipality have been dismissed.
