Double Play
02/28/2011 - Josh Levy recently achieved a rare double play in Ozaukee County Circuit Court. Our client was sued for alleged defects in the installation of a 100,000 square foot roof at a manufacturing facility. On February 9, 2011 Josh successfully argued for the dismissal of the plaintiff property owner's claims; and won summary judgment on our client's counterclaim for payment for the installation. Our client will now be paid for its work and its insurer will be reimbursed the statutory costs of this litigation.
