Motion for Summary Judgment
04/26/2010 - On April 15, 2010, Jeff Nichols and Ryan Braithwaite prevailed on a motion for summary judgment having to do with allegations of a defective engine. The court ruled for the product manufacturer that plaintiff did not have sufficient expert testimony that the engine at issue was defective and caused plaintiff's injuries.
